We stand by the craftsmanship of every Bottesi tool — and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused
In its original packaging
Not customized or made-to-order
Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email us at tomas@bottesibartools.com. We’ll provide the return instructions and shipping info. Do not send returns without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom & Final Sale Items
Custom-engraved tools, made-to-order products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each piece is made with intention, and minor variations or hand-finished imperfections are part of the process.
Damages or Order Issues
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong order, contact us immediately at tomas@bottesibartools.com and we’ll make it right.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Banks and card processors may take additional time to reflect the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, email us.
International Returns & EU Buyers
If you're in the EU, you have a legal right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the cooling-off period — same rules apply: unused, original packaging, no customs.
