We strongly recommend washing all Bottesi tools thoroughly before first use. Each item is crafted in a working metalsmith studio where brass, bronze, copper, stainless steel, silver, and natural polishing compounds are regularly handled. While we take care to clean and inspect every tool prior to shipment, trace residues may remain. By using our products, you acknowledge your responsibility to properly clean and care for them. Bottesi NOLA LLC is not liable for allergic reactions, improper use, or failure to follow recommended hygiene practices.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders aren’t final until accepted and processed. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders for any reason. For return details, see our Refund Policy. You agree purchases are for personal use—not resale.

Prices may change without notice. All prices are in USD and don’t include taxes, shipping, or customs fees unless stated. You agree to provide accurate, current billing info and authorize us to charge you accordingly.

We’re not responsible for shipping delays once the item is in the carrier’s hands. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to you once the item ships.
