All orders are shipped from New Orleans, Louisiana. We use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries, and DHL for international orders to ensure fast, reliable service..
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfillment may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated if that’s the case.
Custom or made-to-order tools may take longer depending on complexity and availability. If there’s any expected delay, you’ll be notified.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier rates. You’ll see all available options before you confirm your order.
We currently ship to the U.S. and select international destinations.

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. We don’t control these charges and won’t be able to reimburse them.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered and you can’t locate it, please contact the carrier first. If needed, we’ll do our best to help you file a claim.
